Resident Engineer

Qualification

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for site supervision, quality assurance and administration of the contracts under the project for the assigned subprojects.
• Must be familiar to responsibility of Project Manager & able to deliver results in his absence.
• Supervise the construction activity appropriately, implementation of work as per design.
• Contract management and Performance Monitoring of the contractors.
• Support in preparing Project Completion Report and progress reports.
• Should have experience in preparing Project Completion Report and progress reports.

Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise detailed project reports and project execution plans after thorough discussion with clients, selection of sites, project evaluation in terms of outlays and profits attached.
• Establish time span of project execution as per client specifics.
• Should be able to handle the Labour.
• Able to handle & operate Tools, Equipment & Machinery
• Able to plan the daily activity & record progress of work at site relating to material & labour.

Quality Control

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Clients, Main /Sub Contractors, monitor their performance in view of project schedule.
• Settle all techno commercial disputes / clarifications during execution of project Implement QA / QC procedures.
• Prepare Method Statements including inspection and test plans Conduct Quality/Safety Audits to ensure adherence to Quality and Safety norms across the entire course of project execution.
• Should be familiar to IS Standards, Lab equipments to carry out test at Lab & also the test at Site.
• Able to maintain the results of various test conducted.

Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth functioning of the project in terms of quality, time, and cost; including Quantity Surveying and Billing of the project.
• Preparation of detailed Schedule from Bill of Quantities.
• Should know the estimation and making rate analysis

Site Engineer

• Execution of Work as per design.

Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

• General Accounting – Receivables / Payables (Tally package preferred)
• Experience in statutory compliance which includes TDS Compliance, GST.
• Able to carry out Bank Reconciliation
• Computation of monthly consolidated works contract Tax calculation
• Issue of way bills / road permits.

Store Keeper

• Stores and warehouse in charge. Monitor inward/outward movement of cargo.
• Report the daily stock. Monitor the quality of the cargo. Reduce wastage.
• Be methodical in issue of material & familiar to Inventory Management
• Maintenance of Inward / Outward Register, Periodic Physical Verification, Valuation to Company policy, Inventory Valuation, Banking Transaction.

Data Entry Operator

• Supervise all construction activities, providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities
• To conduct Site inspection and co-ordinate to construction to implement the work completed in complies with code in accordance with specification
• To review overall quality supervision for Civil works
• Able to maintain cordial relations with Labour at Site.
